4-in. CRAWLER LONG ARM SYSTEM
The NEW RS66115B Crawler Long Arm Kit is the result of continuous engineering enhancements by Rancho’s research and design team to give you the best possible onand off-road experience for your JK. The new and improved Long Arm Kit includes progressive rate coil springs and fully adjustable extended length control arms with D2 bushings to give you improved comfort, durability and worry free operation. This kit also features our new heavy-duty front and rear adjustable track bars with D2 bushings to center the axles. The D2 bushings found in our control arms and track bars feature PTFE for grease-free operation allowing the sleeve to rotate in the bushing without resistance reducing wear. A transmission cross member RS886101 (2011-07) or RS886102 (2018-12) must also be ordered with this kit to make it complete. Exhaust cross over pipe RS720003 is required for (2018-12) when not replacing the front driveshaft. The RS66115B supersedes our RS66105 and RS66105B kits. The Rancho brand offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty** for this suspension system.
